Membership in Kootenay Local Agricultural Society means that you support local agriculture and the aims of the society. In addition, membership entitles you to:

For those farmers, growers and processors joining the Kootenay Mountain Grown marketing program, additional benefits will be:

Membership Fee Schedule
These are the membership fees form 1st January until 31st December - New members joining after September have their membership extended to 31st December the following year.
Farmer or Grower Member $40.00
Associate Member (Individual + spouse) (Not transferable) $40.00
Corporate Membership $60.00
Membership in Kootenay Mountain Grown marketing
Kootenay Local Agricultural Society membership $ 40.00 + plus Acreage fee listed below:
< 1 acre $ 20.00
>1 to <2 acres $ 30.00
>2 to <5 acres $ 40.00
>5 to <10 acres $ 60.00
>10 to <20 acres $ 85.00
> 20 acres $ 110.00
If you are a Processor member then there are product fees to pay instead od acerage fees. These are as follows:

1 product $ 10.00
2 products $ 15.00
3 products $ 20.00
4 products $ 25.00
5 products $ 30.00
6 products $ 35.00
7 products $ 40.00

Each product over 10 add $ 5.00
